It is with deep sorrow and great regret that we post this page in honor of our dear friend and colleague David Marcus (Z"L), who passed away on the afternoon of July 1, 2005. It is impossible to truly estimate David's impact and contributions to STC Israel. He served in various positions, and only resigned from his post as Immediate Past President this year, in light of his illness. In recognition of his achievements and contributions to STC Israel and the technical communication community in Israel, David was presented with the Distinguished Chapter Service Award at the 2005 STC Israel Technical Communication Convention. |
